I loved it! You go over the basics of a marketing strategy -- this was a HUGE help to me because its something I know I've needed but I haven't run into valuable concrete 'how to' information like what you just taught me!, the charts to write in and list things out, things are simply explained/clarified, you bring a more concrete method to the 'sales talk' while taking the sales out of it which is exactly what I need!!!!! I liked how you didn't drone on and on over a whole page about your background/story/etc. Your "down to earth" way of writing/personality/style/sense of humor/sense of 'you', Loved it!
